چکیده

Avian Influenza virus causes one of the most devastating viral disease in poultry industry and is distributed worldwide Bird flu vaccine with H9N2 strain avian influenza was prepared using four different adjuvants i.e. Eolane-130, Eolane-150, Eolane-170 Montanide oil ISA 70 MVG. Immune response all vaccinated control groups after single as well booster doses evaluated layer birds through Haemagglutination inhibition test. Single dose showed poor immune while gave better vaccines. In present study, results Inhibition Test conducted on serum samples group indicated that Eolane-130 highest level antibodies titer (GMT=576.00) 63rd day which later declined. While recorded Eolane-170, adjuvanted vaccines were 400 GMT, 422 284.4 GMT 4 respectively. All 100% protection when challenged live (H9 strain) day. Chicken immunized no clinical signs, mortality. higher than protective 67.29 until end trial.

Evaluation and Comparison of the Potential Immunogenicity of Two Commercial Inactivated Bivalent Newcastle and Avian Influenza Vaccines in SPF Chicken

In the present study, the potency and immunogenicity of the inactivated bivalent vaccine of Newcastle disease (ND) and avian influenza (AI) produced by Razi institute in Iran were compared with a similar imported vaccine administered by standard methods to specific-pathogen-free (SPF) chicken. A total of 150 twenty-one-day-old SPF chickens were used for evaluating Razi and imported inactivated ...

[Vaccines against highly pathogenic influenza viruses of the avian origin].

Worldwide spreading of H5 and H7 highly pathogenic influenza viruses of the avian origin, which periodically infect and kill humans without prior adaptation, poses a constant threat of the new pandemic. The effectiveness of the pandemic prevention completely depends on the quality of the existing influenza vaccines. Typical methods of the vaccine production from the antigenically relevant strai...

Vaccination ofChicks with Experimental Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza Oil-emulsion Vaccines

The immunologie efficacy of inactivated oil-emulsion vaccines against Newcastle disease (ND) and avian influenza (AI) by use of embryo vaccination technology was evaluated. The vaccine antigens were prepared from LaSota strain of ND and H9N2 strain of AI viruses. These antigens were emulsified with an oil adjuvant. 18-day-old embryonated eggs from Aryan broiler breeder were divided into three g...

Novel avian influenza virus vaccines.

Current vaccines against avian influenza (AI) virus infections are primarily based on classical inactivated whole-virus preparations. Although administration of these vaccines can protect poultry from clinical disease, sterile immunity is not achieved under field conditions, allowing for undetected virus spread and evolution under immune cover. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a robust an...
